1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods from www.folkvagn.com by consumers in Sweden.

These terms, together with your order and the order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hot Shop AB.

The purchase is governed by applicable consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to:

• Consumer Sales Act
• Distance Contracts Act
• Marketing Practices Act
• E-commerce Act
• General Data Protection Regulation

Any requirement for written communication is fulfilled by email.

2. Order

Your order becomes binding once it has been registered in our system.

When we receive your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please review it carefully.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with Section 12 (Right of Withdrawal).

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all information is accurate. However, we reserve the right for typographical errors, stock discrepancies, or technical inaccuracies.

4. Prices and Delivery

All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT.

Shipping costs are added at checkout.

Shipping within Sweden:

• 0–350 SEK → 99 SEK
• 350–1500 SEK → 199 SEK
• 1500–3500 SEK → 299 SEK
• Above 3500 SEK → 399 SEK

Partial deliveries: +99 SEK

We deliver within Sweden only.

5. Payment (Klarna / Kustom)

Payments are processed via Klarna / Kustom.

Available payment methods may include:

• Invoice
• Installments
• Card payment
• Direct payment

Full payment terms are provided by Klarna at checkout.

If you choose invoice or installment payment, Klarna is responsible for credit provision, invoicing, and any debt collection.

6. Retention of Title

Ownership of the goods remains with the seller until full payment has been received.

When paying via Klarna, ownership rights may be transferred to Klarna in accordance with their terms.

7. Delivery

Delivery is carried out according to the option selected at checkout.

Normal delivery times:

• In-stock items: 1–3 business days
• Backorder items: 7–14 days

In case of delays, you will be informed as soon as possible.

9. Inspection of Goods

Upon receipt, you should inspect the goods to ensure they are correct and undamaged.

10. Complaints

You have the right to make a complaint within 3 years under the Consumer Sales Act.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect (at least 2 months is always considered reasonable).

Defects appearing within 2 years are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.

11. Warranty

Any warranty provided does not limit your statutory rights.

No warranty applies to:

• performance parts
• products used in motorsport

12. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under the Distance Contracts Act.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.

Conditions:

• The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition
• You may inspect the product, but not use it more than necessary
• You are responsible for any reduction in value due to excessive use

Return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds are made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to:

• custom-made products
• sealed goods where the seal has been broken and the product cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons

13. Uncollected Parcels

Uncollected parcels will be charged:

• 100 SEK + actual shipping costs (outbound and return)

14. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

15. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from Allmänna reklamationsnämnden.

Dessa köpvillkor gäller för alla köp av varor från www.folkvagn.com till konsumenter i Sverige.

Villkoren, tillsammans med din beställning och orderbekräftelse, utgör det samlade avtalet mellan dig och Hot Shop AB.

Köpet regleras av tillämplig konsumentskyddslagstiftning, inklusive:

• Distansavtalslagen
• Marknadsföringslagen
• E-handelslagen
• Dataskyddsförordningen

Krav på skriftlighet anses uppfyllt via e-post.

2. Beställning

Din beställning blir bindande när den registrerats i vårt system.

När vi mottagit din beställning skickas en orderbekräftelse via e-post. Kontrollera denna noggrant.

Du har rätt att ångra köpet enligt punkt 10 (Ångerrätt).

3. Produktinformation

Vi strävar efter att all information är korrekt. Vi reserverar oss för eventuella skrivfel, lagerfel eller tekniska fel.

4. Priser och leverans

Alla priser anges i SEK inklusive moms.

Fraktkostnad tillkommer vid checkout.

Frakt inom Sverige:

• 0–350 SEK → 99 SEK
• 350–1500 SEK → 199 SEK
• 1500–3500 SEK → 299 SEK
• Över 3500 SEK → 399 SEK

Delleverans: +99 SEK

Vi levererar endast inom Sverige.

5. Betalning (Klarna / Kustom)

Betalning hanteras via Klarna / Kustom.

Tillgängliga betalningsmetoder kan inkludera:

• Faktura
• Delbetalning
• Kortbetalning
• Direktbetalning

Fullständiga villkor för betalning tillhandahålls av Klarna i samband med köpet.

Vid val av faktura eller delbetalning gäller Klarnas villkor. Klarna ansvarar då för kreditgivning, fakturering och eventuell inkasso.

6. Äganderätt

Äganderätten till varan övergår till dig först när full betalning mottagits.

Vid köp via Klarna kan äganderätten vara överlåten till Klarna i enlighet med deras villkor.

7. Leverans

Leverans sker enligt det alternativ som valts i kassan.

Normal leveranstid:

• Lagervaror: 1–3 arbetsdagar
• Beställningsvaror: 7–14 dagar

Vid försening informerar vi dig så snart som möjligt.

8. Click & Collect

Vi erbjuder Click & Collect vid vårt lager i Åmål.

När din order är klar får du en kod via e-post.
Hämtning kan ske dygnet runt.

Beställningar före kl. 16:00 (vardagar) kan hämtas samma dag (gäller lagervaror).

Utlämningsutrymmet är kameraövervakat.

Kameraövervakning:

• Syfte: att förebygga stöld och hantera felaktiga uthämtningar
• Lagringstid: upp till 4 veckor

9. Undersökning av varor

Kontrollera varan vid mottagande och säkerställ att den är korrekt och oskadad.

10. Reklamation

Du har rätt att reklamera en vara inom 3 år enligt Konsumentköplagen.

Reklamation ska ske inom skälig tid efter att felet upptäckts (minst 2 månader anses alltid skäligt).

Fel som visar sig inom 2 år anses ha funnits vid leverans, om inte annat bevisas.

11. Garanti

Eventuell garanti påverkar inte dina lagstadgade rättigheter.

Ingen garanti lämnas på:

• trimdelar
• produkter använda i motorsport

12. Ångerrätt

Du har rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar enligt Distansavtalslagen.

Ångerfristen börjar löpa från den dag du mottagit varan.

Villkor:

• Produkten ska returneras i väsentligen oförändrat skick
• Du har rätt att undersöka produkten, men inte använda den mer än nödvändigt
• Du ansvarar för eventuell värdeminskning vid överdriven användning

Returfrakt bekostas av dig.

Återbetalning sker inom 14 dagar efter att vi mottagit returen.

Undantag från ångerrätten gäller för:

• specialtillverkade produkter
• förseglade varor där förseglingen brutits och varan inte kan återlämnas av hygien- eller säkerhetsskäl

13. Ej uthämtade paket

För ej uthämtade paket debiteras:

• 100 SEK + faktisk fraktkostnad tur/retur

14. Personuppgifter

Vi behandlar personuppgifter i enlighet med GDPR.

15. Tvist

Vid eventuell tvist följer vi beslut från Allmänna reklamationsnämnden.
